Our house is located in Mombercelli (Asti) a small town in Piemont, which is a part of Unesco. Whole area around is covered with Barber's grapevine. The area is known for production of wine and hazelnuts. From terrace we have a beautiful view for an old town of Mombercelli with castle and surrounding vineyards. The house has 72m2 covered terrace on the first floor and 50m2 on the ground floor. There is a swimming pool at our guests' disposal (11m x 6m with depth ranging from 1.2m to 2.2m). At the front of the house we have area of the irrigated lawn. For the Italian cuisine lovers we have vegetable and herb garden which our guests can use. If you want to spend time actively we have ping-pong table, power-hockey table and badminton set. Casa del Giardiniere will ensure you rest in peace and quiet.

The swimming pool designed with relaxation in mind is 11m x 6m. Its depth ranges from 1.20m to 2.20m. For these who want to chill-out in the water there are a steps to sitting on them. There you can enjoy your wine produced in cantina Vinchio-Vaglio, which we are a part of. You can also swim at night, because our pool is well lit. Around it there are some outdoor chaise lounges and garden armchairs.

The house is located in Mombercelli (Asti) in Piemont on the large private land (2500m2) filled with vineyards of Barber's grapevine strain.

Surrounding is known for wine production (mostly Barber's d'Astil). There are breathtaking views of grapevine fields and old town of Mombercelli.

Casa del Giardiniere is to rent for max. 13 people. In the holiday season you can rent it for min. 1 week, during the rest of the year min. 4 days.

Smoking is forbidden inside. Animals allowed.

AFTER CONCLUSION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT

After conclusion of a lease agreement you will receive an e-mail with information about payment. The deposit is 25% of the whole amount. The lease agreement/property reservation does not apply before the deposit is credited to the account.

The rest of the amount of a lease must be paid not later than 12 weeks before start of the lease period. Additionally the deposit in the amount of EUR 800  must be paid to cover any damage to the property/furniture during the rental period.

If the reservation will be made later than 12 weeks before the start of rental period the full rental amount must be paid.

TERMINATION OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT

If the lease will be canceled for more than 12 weeks before start of the rental period, the deposit is returned after deduction of EUR 800. If the cancellation will be less than 12 weeks before start of the rental period, the deposit is not refundable.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The house will be available from 4 PM of the first day of the lease till 10 AM of the last day of the lease. If there is no damage to the property, furniture etc. the paid deposit (EUR 800) will be returned the next week. 

There is a possibility of picking up guests from the airport for an additional fee. Please, inform in advance if you need it.

Before departure – please remember about the following:

On the day of departure leave the house in order

Place all the plates, cups, pots and the others in the dishwasher

Put used bedding, towels and rugs in the showers

Remove the ash from the fireplace (if you were using it)

Sweep outside terrace and the area around the pool

We are expecting you will use and treat your house as your own. If there is any damage inside or outside during your stay, please inform the person to whom you hand over the keys.
